Youth Voices Celebrating Culture & History

This July 4th marks a monumental milestone — 250 years of American independence. As communities gather nationwide, the NY All White Caribbean Jerk Festival provides a powerful platform where Caribbean culture and American history intersect.

KiDz HuB Media Network is proud to participate as a youth media partner, giving young broadcasters the opportunity to cover and experience this historic cultural celebration.

Culture Through a Youth Lens

KiDz HuB empowers youth to document real-world events while learning media, communication, and storytelling skills.

A Living Classroom of Culture

Students will experience:

• Caribbean culinary traditions

• Cultural performances and music

• Community engagement

• Multicultural celebration of independence

Youth in Action

Junior Broadcasters will conduct interviews, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and produce digital coverage that showcases the festival through authentic youth perspectives.

Why This Matters

Representation matters. Experience matters. Youth voices matter.

This partnership helps prepare the next generation of media professionals while celebrating heritage and unity.
